SESSION POLICIES
All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. Those participating in the session must be 18 years or older unless requested by a parent. If someone under the age of 18 is the identified client, a parent or guardian must be present during the session, and consent must be provided.
You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you Kristen Bly’s availability based on Central Standard Time. All distant sessions will take place via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone.
You are welcome to record your session for your personal use only. All recordings are the property of ListenWithin, LLC, and are not for public use in any way. If you are late to a session, Kristen Bly will do her best to honor your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her schedule.
ListenWithin, LLC follows a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy. All sessions booked are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule up to two times. However, as a service dedicated to growth will take each situation into account.
PRIVACY
ListenWithin, LLC does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Your privacy is extremely important to Kristen Bly and ListenWithin, LLC. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that we collect and the ways in which ListenWithin, LLC uses that personal information.

ListenWithin, LLC currently uses Stripe & Paypal to accept all payments to hold your contact information. Both services have a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
